Referring patients to The Maternity Centre is easy!

- Fax the completed form to use at (905) 528-9178.
You do not need to be referred by a doctor to make an appointment with us!
Your options for booking an appointment:
- Call us at (905) 528-5553 and speak with our staff.
- Be referred to us by a community health care provider or doctor (not required).
- Walk-in to our clinic and book an appointment with our staff.
Patient parking is available in an underground parking lot below the David Braley Health Sciences Centre. The entrance for the parking lot is off of Bay Street North.
Parking is $3 per hour to a maximum of $8, and payment can be made by debit and credit. Please ensure our staff validate your parking ticket before you return to your car.
Patient Drop off
If you do not require parking, there is a covered patient drop off zone available. The drop off zone is off Bay Street North.
Public transit
There are several bus stops, as well as the MacNab Transit Terminal, within a short walking distance of your clinic.
