The Maternity Centre is an Alternate Funding Program (AFP) which provides care across a pregnancy. As part of an AFP, our routine prenatal care and deliveries will not impact physicians who are members of FHG/FHO patient enrollment models.
We are happy to provide shared care and pregnancy support for our community partners and their patients — contact us to learn more.
As part of our post-partum care, we are able to provide long-acting reversible contraception including IUDs and hormonal implants.
